When Secrets Take Shape
A 5-hit ranged combo that stacks marks on enemies; the 5th hit deals heavy damage and applies the Lethal Rose Pact to enemies hit. Each hit builds +2 Rose Pact bullets.
Intel-Guided Technique
Enters precision aim mode, consuming stored Rose Pact bullets to auto-lock and fire on enemies under the Lethal Rose Pact, with each bullet dealing bonus damage to marked targets.
Crossfire
Throws a special device that creates a cross-shaped AoE explosion, dealing Anima DMG to all enemies in range and applying the Lethal Rose Pact to those hit. Builds +2 bullets on use.
Intel Hunter
A dash skill: dashes toward the target and fires a grappling hook, forcibly pulling the target close and briefly rooting it. Builds +4 Rose Pact bullets.
Final Reckoning
Fires multiple Rose Pact bullets at all enemies on the field, triggering Final Reckoning settlement damage on each target hit, and restores some HP to the whole team. Automatically builds +4 new bullets on use.

Intel Turns Into Blades: Lethal Rose Pact DMG Ratio +100% (damage doubled); each time Final Reckoning triggers Pact Settlement, restore HP to the whole team equal to 5% of that Rose Pact's total accumulated damage.
Advantage Established: When Pact Settlement is triggered via Final Reckoning, deals an additional 4 points of Break to the settled target.
Strike to Kill: When Pact Settlement is actively triggered, DMG Ratio against targets in range +50%.
Intel Superiority: Jiuyuan deals +8% DMG to targets bound by the Lethal Rose Pact.
