Overview
Vice-Captain of BAC (Bureau of Anomaly Control) ETD-4, an A-rank Lakshana Main DPS. A tall, canine operative who manipulates his own shadow into "Fang Thrusts" that auto-track and lock onto enemies.
Analysis
Skia is a pursuit-focused Main DPS — Basic Attack hits split "Fang Thrusts" from his shadow that auto-track and lock onto targets, up to 3 on a single target. His skill lets him sink into his shadow and enter the stealthy "Shadow Hound" mode, moving freely across ground and walls while invisible to enemies; after casting his Ultimate, Fang Thrust damage increases and gains a control effect. He excels at continuously piling damage onto a single target.

Skills
Skill names follow English wiki naming; in-game names are authoritative.
Arresting Art
Up to 5 consecutive strikes with composed martial arts, each dealing Lakshana DMG. Each target hit splits 1 "Fang Thrust" from his shadow to pursue it; a single target can be locked by up to 3 Fang Thrusts at once. This is the opener that stacks Fang Thrusts and kicks off the entire rotation.
Territory Control
An upward aerial strike followed by a diving plunge, dealing 1 instance of Lakshana DMG to enemies in range on landing. Damage scales with fall height, up to +100%, ideal for diving in from above to create AoE output.
Fang Thrust (core mechanic)
Shards of shadow split from Skia's own shadow, shaped like a great beast's fangs. They auto-track and attach to the target, dealing 1 instance of Lakshana DMG before vanishing. A single target can be locked by up to 3 at once. The entire kit revolves around keeping Fang Thrusts on enemies as long as possible — under [Tailed] they don't vanish, and in [Shadow Hound Gnaw] mode every brush past a locked enemy re-triggers their attack, making them Skia's main source of damage.
Pen to Paper (Critical Riposte)
Triggered by casting Arresting Art immediately after a Critical Dodge. Strikes enemies with ink-splash shadows, dealing 1 instance of Lakshana DMG to an area and reducing the target's Break, ideal as a post-dodge counter and defense-break setup.
Shadow Hound Chase
Leaps into his own shadow, dealing 6 instances of Lakshana DMG to hit targets and splitting 3 Fang Thrusts onto each, then enters [Tailed] and [Shadow Hound Gnaw] states. [Tailed] makes Fang Thrusts no longer vanish after dealing damage; [Shadow Hound Gnaw] lets him move across ground and walls, approach in stealth undetected, and become immune to certain attacks (ground damage cancels it), and each brush past an enemy locked by a Fang Thrust triggers an extra Fang Thrust attack.
The Pack
Throws a spinning lighter, spreading shadows across the ground in all directions, first dealing 1 instance of Lakshana DMG, then, like a trained pack of hounds, converging the shadows onto a single spot for 3 more instances of Lakshana DMG. After casting, Fang Thrust damage is increased by 10% for 15s (granted by the passive "Apprehension"), and each attack inflicts a control effect on the target — often used as a burst opener for the damage rotation.
Arrest Warrant
A swap-in skill. Manipulates shadows to lunge and bite like a police dog ordered to seize a target, dealing 1 instance of Lakshana DMG to an area, quickly topping up Fang Thrusts and continuing the combo on swap.
Shadow Skulk
Hold "move + dodge" to slip into his own shadow and enter the [Shadow Hound] stealth state, moving across ground and walls undetected and immune to certain attacks. Used for damage-free approaches, flanking, and repositioning, chaining into the brush-by output of Shadow Hound Gnaw.
Suppression (on-site control)
Remora enhancement: when a Fang Thrust locks onto a target already in the Remora (attachment) state, it applies an additional stack of Remora, strengthening on-site suppression of the attached target and amplifying follow-up damage.
Apprehension
After casting the Ultimate "The Pack," Fang Thrust damage is increased by 10% for 15s, and this buff also applies to the collision (brush-by) damage in [Shadow Hound Gnaw] mode, significantly boosting the entire rotation's output after the Ultimate.
