Neverness to Everness (NTE) Top-Up Guide: Platforms, First-Purchase Double Bonus & Monthly/Battle Pass Value

Complete top-up guide for Neverness to Everness (NTE) Taiwan server — payment methods across PC / iOS / Android / PS5, Riftcrystal pack USD/TWD pricing, the 170 TWD monthly pass, Circle Bounty battle pass value comparison, and cross-platform sync notes.

Published: 2026/05/24

Quick answer: NTE Taiwan server has 4 top-up platforms (PC via MyCard, iOS, Google Play, PS5); the PC version currently does NOT support the first-purchase double bonus, so order from a mobile platform if you want it. You buy Riftcrystal, which converts 1:1 into Crystals in-game for pulling. Value priority order: (1) the 170 TWD monthly pass (Riftcrystal Mining Permit) → (2) Circle Bounty Elite ($9.99) → (3) the $29.99 or $49.99 first-purchase double.

NTE’s spending system is a bit more complex than the average mobile game — two currencies, 4 platforms, first-purchase double rules, a monthly pass and a battle pass, and so on. This article lays out every paid option and its value all in one place, so you do not waste money.

⚠️ This article is for informational comparison only. All top-ups should be done by the player on the official platforms. This site does not act as a reseller, does not collect payment, and does not recommend any third-party top-up service.

Two currencies: Riftcrystal vs Crystals

CurrencyUseHow to obtain
RiftcrystalIntermediary currencyBought directly when you top up (all paid packs)
Crystals (Annulith)The currency you actually pull withConverted 1:1 from Riftcrystal + missions, events, and daily monthly-pass claims

In other words: every paid pack gives you Riftcrystal, which you convert 1:1 into Crystals in-game to use for pulling. When you actually pull, the number that matters is “Crystals”.

(Historical note: this site once mistakenly used the term “異質元晶” early on; the correct official Chinese name is 環石 (Crystals / Annulith).)

PC version first-purchase double limitation (important)

Per the iwplay 5/5 announcement, the PC version currently does NOT support the same-tier first-purchase double bonus. This means the “first-time double reward” for a given tier must be claimed on a mobile platform (iOS / Google Play) or PS5. Third-party resellers also do not support the double.

Recommended flow:

  • For your first purchase: order via iOS / Google Play to get the double
  • For later top-ups: any platform is fine, since progress is shared across the account

PS5 account binding notes

  • You must first complete iwplay account binding on your phone → then link PSN → only then will you enter the TW/HK/Macau server
  • Logging in directly with the PSN default will put you on the international server (data is completely separate)
  • One iwplay account can bind only one PSN, and vice versa

For the full cross-server differences see the International Server vs TW/HK/Macau Server Comparison.

Riftcrystal pack price list

The fixed tiers below are the publicly listed prices on the US PS Store. The TWD prices for the Taiwan iOS / Google Play / PC versions correspond roughly by exchange rate — go by the actual in-game shop:

Riftcrystal amountUSD~TWDTotal after first-purchase double
60$0.99~30120
300$4.99~170600
980$14.99~4901,960
1,980$29.99~9903,960
3,280$49.99~1,6906,560
6,480$99.99~3,29012,960

Best value: $29.99 (1,980 Riftcrystal) has the lowest unit price, followed by $49.99 (3,280 Riftcrystal). $99.99 is about 3,290 TWD per order.

First-purchase double rules

Each pack tier has its own independent first-purchase double — it is not a single one-time first purchase. Clearing them all nets up to 6 doubles (one each for 60 / 300 / 980 / 1,980 / 3,280 / 6,480).

  • Once per account × per tier
  • The double mechanic is shared across platforms — if you claimed the $29.99 double on iOS, the same account on PC will no longer have it
  • The PC version does not currently support it; third-party resellers do not either

Heavy-spender route: doubling all 6 tiers ≈ $200 (about 6,600 TWD) gets you 26,160 Riftcrystal26,160 Crystals163 pulls (160 Crystals per pull).

The 170 TWD monthly pass: a must-buy for everyone

NTE’s “monthly pass” is officially called the “Riftcrystal Mining Permit”, commonly nicknamed the “170 TWD monthly pass” in the player community.

ItemDetails
Price$4.99 (about 170 TWD)
On purchaseInstantly get 300 Riftcrystal (already pays for itself)
Daily for 30 consecutive days90 Crystals + 30,000 Fons
30-day total2,700 Crystals + 900,000 Fons (plus the initial 300 Riftcrystal)
RepurchaseAllowed, but the combined validity cannot exceed 179 days

Extremely high value: the 300 Riftcrystal up front alone pays it back, and the daily rewards afterward are essentially free. Every player (including F2P) should grab this first.

There is no “big monthly pass” subscription

NTE has no second subscription-type monthly pass. What players call the “big monthly pass” usually refers to the Circle Bounty Elite tier below.

Battle Pass (Circle Bounty)

NTE’s battle pass system is named “Circle Bounty”, and its paid track is generally called “Hunter Supplies”.

TierPriceMain contents
Free (Standard)0Upgrade materials, dyes, mech cores, 200,000 Fons, 350,000 Carapace Coins, etc.
Elite Hunter Supplies$9.99 (~330 TWD)680 Crystals + 4 Solid Dice + 2 Fabrication Dice + 700,000 Fons + 550,000 Carapace Coins + 10 Eternal Shell Songs + 960 Golden Carrots + 18 Growth EXP selection boxes + 16 character Spirit Ability selection boxes + 1 Arc Light chest, etc.
Honor Hunter Supplies$19.99 (~660 TWD)Everything in Elite + a bonus 10 battle pass levels + the limited avatar “Mischievous Otter” + the limited avatar frame “Mark of Time” + a limited theme + 3 Fabrication Dice + 300,000 Fons

Each cycle runs about 42 days (matching the version banner cycle), and requires daily / weekly / seasonal missions to accumulate levels.

Value assessment

  • Elite tier ($9.99): the 680 Crystals alone already pays it back, and with all the progression materials on top, strongly recommended for low-spenders and up
  • Honor tier ($19.99): the extra $10 is purely cosmetic (avatar, avatar frame, theme) plus 10 levels of progress. Only buy it for the looks — appropriate for cosmetics collectors

Other paid items

Beginner-limited packs / Growth Fund

The shop will have launch-period “Beginner Packs” and “Growth Fund”-type products (one-time), containing Crystals + progression materials. Beginners / low-spenders should buy the Growth Fund — it usually unlocks rewards in batches, and the later unlock milestones are all still claimable.

Limited-time festival / version packs

Version updates (such as 1.1 “Dream-Wandering Corridor”) will introduce themed packs. See the Version 1.1 Preview for details.

No standalone weekly pass

No standalone weekly subscription has been found so far (unlike some mobile games that have a 7-day subscription plan).

Cross-platform top-up and account notes

  • A single iwplay account shares progress completely across iOS / Android / PC / Google Play Games / PS5, with shared items
  • Common combo: buy the first-purchase double with Apple Pay on iOS → open and play the game on PC, fully interoperable across platforms
  • The Taiwan version (iwplay agent) and the international server (Perfect World Games) do not share data — do not confuse them
  • HK/Macau players also use the Taiwan server; the China mainland server (Perfect World) is a separate set of data

Top-up priority order for Taiwan players (summary)

Ranked by value plus impact on your game experience:

  1. 170 TWD monthly pass (Riftcrystal Mining Permit) — a must-buy for all players
  2. Circle Bounty Elite tier ($9.99 / ~330 TWD) — a must-buy for low-spenders and up
  3. $29.99 (1,980 Riftcrystal, ~990 TWD) first-purchase double — the entry price for boosting your pull count
  4. $49.99 (3,280 Riftcrystal, ~1,690 TWD) first-purchase double — the advanced price point
  5. $99.99 (6,480 Riftcrystal, ~3,290 TWD) first-purchase double — for heavy spenders
  6. Honor battle pass / limited skins — purely cosmetic, consider last

PC players who want the first-purchase double should remember to order via iOS / Google Play instead.

Can fully free-to-play players still enjoy the game?

Yes. NTE’s gacha pity “does not deviate” (a limited banner S-rank is guaranteed to be the featured character of the period, with no 50/50), so planning is friendlier for F2P players:

  • Open beta benefits: 120 free pulls + a self-selected S character
  • City Tycoon Lv 18 free S-rank “Little Squeak” (see the City Tycoon Money Guide)
  • The main story, missions, and events can accumulate 60–90 pulls per month
  • The free tier of Circle Bounty also has a fair amount of Crystals

For detailed pull planning see the Gacha Pity System Explained.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I top up in NTE, and how do the platforms differ? +

4 platforms: (1) PC: open the shop from "Market" in the top-right of the game, paying via MyCard (member point transfer / credit card / carrier billing / convenience-store point cards); (2) iOS: Apple In-App Purchase; (3) Google Play: Play Billing; (4) PS5: PSN point cards (must match your account region). Important: the PC version currently does NOT support the first-purchase double bonus (iwplay 5/5 announcement); to get the double, order from a mobile platform.

What is the difference between "Crystals" and "Riftcrystal" in NTE? +

Riftcrystal is what you buy directly when you top up; Crystals (Annulith) is the currency you actually pull with, and the two convert 1:1. Every "top-up pack" actually gives you Riftcrystal, which you then convert into Crystals in-game to pull. For the full pull mechanics see the Gacha Pity System Explained.

Is the 170 TWD monthly pass worth buying? +

Absolutely — the single best value item. The "Riftcrystal Mining Permit" costs $4.99 (about 170 TWD): you get 300 Riftcrystal instantly on purchase (already paying for itself); then for 30 consecutive days you claim 90 Crystals + 30,000 Fons daily, for a 30-day total of 2,700 Crystals + 900,000 Fons. The daily rewards are essentially free. Every player (including F2P) should grab this first.

Is the first-purchase double bonus a one-time thing? +

No! Each pack tier has its own independent first-purchase double bonus, so clearing them all nets up to 6 doubles. But it is once per account × per tier, and the double mechanic is shared across platforms. Note: the PC version currently does NOT support it — to get the double, order via iOS / Google Play / PS5; third-party top-up resellers do not support it either.

Is the Circle Bounty Elite tier worth buying? +

Strongly recommended for low-spenders and up — Elite tier ($9.99 / ~330 TWD). It includes 680 Crystals (which alone pays it back) plus a large stack of progression materials (700,000 Fons, 4 Solid Dice, 2 Fabrication Dice, 10 Eternal Shell Songs, 960 Golden Carrots, 18 Growth EXP selection boxes, 16 character Spirit Ability selection boxes, 1 Arc Light chest, etc.). Each cycle runs about 42 days and requires daily / weekly / seasonal missions to accumulate levels. The Honor tier ($19.99) only adds cosmetics — a pure looks-based upcharge you can skip.

Which pack tier offers the best value? +

$29.99 (1,980 Riftcrystal, about 990 TWD) has the best per-unit price, followed by $49.99 (3,280 Riftcrystal, about 1,690 TWD). $99.99 (6,480 Riftcrystal, about 3,290 TWD) gives the largest total but a slightly worse unit price. Recommended spending order: 170 TWD monthly pass first → Circle Bounty Elite → the $29.99 / $49.99 first-purchase doubles.

Price and pack data compiled from the iwplay official top-up guide page, MyCard, App Store, Google Play, PS Store, Game8, GameWith, Bahamut, 4Gamers and other public sources. Actual TWD pricing follows the in-game shop display and may differ from the USD conversion by 5–10%. Please top up on the official platforms; this site does not act as a reseller and does not collect payment.
