Overview
Elyms is a limited S-rank Cosmos character from Phase 1 of 1.5, using Solid Arcs, and the lieutenant of E.T.D. Squad Six at the Bureau of Anomaly Control. Her role covers Instant Cycle, DMG boosts and burst. Her core mechanic is Connection Strength: its Weak, Medium and Strong tiers change the ratios of her Basic Attacks and Ultimate. Her Ultimate gives allies ATK, after which she adds coordinated attacks from off-field, and her passive raises team Cosmos DMG and adds one extra Remora. Global servers: November 11, 2026 after maintenance to December 2, 05:59 (UTC+8). Mainland China: November 5 to November 26, 05:59. Do not mix the two schedules.

Analysis
Her loop is: finish the five-hit Basic Attack → Intermittent Existence to reach Medium Connection → finish the three-hit enhanced Basic Attack → Goodbye to You to reach Strong Connection → Ultimate → base Redirect Skill to refill the Cycle gauge and swap. Her Support Skill can also raise Weak Connection to Medium. The ratios of her Ultimate and coordinated attacks depend on her Connection Strength at cast, and the connection returns to Weak afterward. The single-target or area form switches automatically based on the number of enemies last detected. The ATK she gives allies is based on her Base ATK, so ATK% from cartridges and substats does not raise that buff.

Skills
Cross-checked on November 6, 2026 against live mainland-server data; she opens on global servers on November 11 and will be re-checked then. Skill names are reference names. Sources are in the full build guide.
Instant Glitch / Crosstalk
Up to five hits at Weak Connection and up to three at Medium or Strong Connection, all dealing Cosmos damage. After the final hit, the matching enhanced Redirect Skill becomes available for a short time. At Weak Connection, holding Basic Attack mid-combo triggers Interference.
Connection Strength
Three tiers: Weak, Medium and Strong Connection. She starts each fight at Weak Connection. The stronger the connection, the higher the ratios of her Ultimate and coordinated attacks; casting her Ultimate or leaving combat resets it to Weak Connection.
Base Redirect Skill
Deals Cosmos damage to targets in an area and fully refills her Cycle gauge, which is her Instant Cycle. The English name is not confirmed yet.
Intermittent Existence / Goodbye to You
Intermittent Existence: raises her connection from Weak to Medium and grants the Optical Illusion buff. Goodbye to You: spends all current Optical Illusion stacks to raise its own ratio, and at Medium Connection it raises her to Strong Connection. Both detect the number of enemies in range and switch her Ultimate's single-target or area form.
Do You Get Deja Vu
The ratio depends on her Connection Strength at cast, and the connection returns to Weak afterward. Allies gain ATK based on her Base ATK (most sources say 20%) and higher Follow-up Attack DMG (sources list 10% or 20%) for 20 seconds. She then enters On-the-Line, during which she automatically adds a coordinated attack while off-field; its damage counts as Follow-up Attack DMG.
I'm Here
Deals Cosmos damage on swap-in. At Weak Connection it raises her to Medium Connection and grants Optical Illusion, and it detects the number of enemies to switch her Ultimate's form.
Charge and Remora boost
When the on-field character gains Ultimate energy, team Cosmos DMG +3.75% for 30 seconds, up to 8 stacks (+30% in total). When any team member applies Remora, she applies Remora again to the same target 7.5 seconds later, at most once every 7 seconds.
Second passive
Her own Crit DMG +10%.
Skill Multipliers

- Resonance 3
- Basic Attack, Redirect Skill and Ultimate levels +1. If she is at Weak Connection when casting her Support Skill or Intermittent Existence, she goes straight to Strong Connection and can cast Goodbye to You immediately.
- Resonance 6
- While she is on the team and alive, team damage ignores 12% of the target's RES for all elements. When the final hit of Goodbye to You lands after spending Optical Illusion, it adds one more hit of Cosmos damage.
Awakenings (M1–M6)
Cross-checked on November 6, 2026 against live mainland-server data; she opens on global servers on November 11 and will be re-checked then. Skill names are reference names. Sources are in the full build guide.
After her Ultimate, team Crit DMG +10% per Optical Illusion stack she spent beforehand, for 20 seconds.
Ultimate ratio +30%; Goodbye to You ignores 5% DEF per Optical Illusion stack spent.
Gains 3 Optical Illusion stacks when her connection rises from Medium to Strong, and the stack cap becomes 4. Works with A1, A2 and A6.
While Elyms is on the team and alive, team Crit DMG +20%. Most opinions rank it first.
Base Redirect Skill ratio +100%; Cycle gauge at 100 on entering combat (once per battle).
After her Ultimate, her own Follow-up Attack DMG +25% per stack spent, for 20 seconds.
Signature Arc
Echoes on Hold
Limited S-rank Solid Arc, only available from the Echoes Special Arc banner that runs alongside Elyms's banner. At M1: ATK +15%; after 3 Follow-up Attack hits following her Ultimate, the team ignores 12% DEF and she ignores another 10% for 20 seconds; after a Redirect Skill, the team ignores 8% Cosmos RES for 20 seconds. Both effects are active the moment you enter combat.

Build Tips
Skill order: Ultimate > Redirect Skill > Support Skill > Basic Attack. Set: Lost Radiance (2 pieces: Cosmos DMG +10%; 4 pieces: damage ignores 25% DEF for 20 seconds after her Ultimate) or Speedy Hedgehog (2 pieces: Energy Recharge +12%; 4 pieces: team ATK +15% after her Ultimate). Cartridge main stat: ATK% > Cosmos DMG > Crit, and Charge or Blossom teams can prioritize Cycle Intensity. Substats: ATK% (or Cycle Intensity) > Crit Rate = Crit DMG. Cross-checked on November 6, 2026 against several guides written after the mainland China launch; the data will be re-checked after the global launch, and names are reference names until the official English notice.
